God brought me through the brain tumor surgery. My team of surgeons, nurses and staff were amazing. Thanks to my family friends and love ones. The recovery will be a process but l will get stronger each day. God bless you all....I  will keep you dated on my progress.....Rachel

Hold Your Head Up will be closed until further notice. Founder Rachel Grady will undergo her second brain tumor surgery on September 2, 2010. Drs. Allan Friedman, David Kaylie and Takanori Fukushima will perform surgery at Duke University Hospital. Please keep her in your prayers and wish her a full and speedy recovery.


We will not be accepting clothing donations at our drop-off site Curves. Thank you for your support. We will continue to keep you updated.

Where there is Life, there is hope. Where there is Hope, there is life. May we be hopeful. May we have courage to conquer our brain tumors with our words, understanding that form follows thought.
